Thirty years ago while living in Arizona, I began working in the construction industry. Over the years, I have served as general contractor on hundreds of commercial and residential projects across the GTA, London and southwestern Ontario. I know the building industry well, and I look forward to putting that knowledge and experience to work for you as your home inspector of choice!
Currently in Ontario, the home inspection industry is not regulated, which means that anybody can work as a home inspector, regardless of their education or credentials. I am proud of the education I received as a student of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program, and am committed to continuous professional development so as to serve my clients with excellence. I am also proud to be an applicant member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, and adhere to their Code of Conduct and Standards of Practice.
There's a reason I'm called a "home" inspector and not just a "house" inspector. Our homes are where memories are made, character is developed and love is nurtured. To focus your attention and energy on the important matters in life, you need the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the house in which you are building your home is structurally and systemically sound. As a husband and father of two children, I know the importance of building a healthy home for my family, and when I inspect your home, I'll inspect it as though it were mine!
To see my clients' homes flourish within houses that are structurally and systemically sound.
To provide my clients with peace of mind by knowledgably and thoroughly inspecting each house as though it were my own.
To be known across southwestern Ontario as a home inspector of excellence, focused on the needs and best interests of each client.
